they wear it sometimes, but only my really metro friend remembers all the time because everyone else just rolls out of bed like 5 minutes before they have to go... ahh i did the stupidest thing today. This kid that i used to be bffs with in middle school just transferred to my school!! Only now, he's totally emo and listens to emo music all the time. I was walking behind him, and I didn't know it was him because he's really gotten really big, not fat.. just tall and his shoulders are MASSIVE. I'm like "Bob, hey how are you?" he doesn't turn around.. and I thought he hated me because we kinda lost contact after I switched schools, but i just keep trying to get his attention, and all these people are looking at me weird, but then he turns around and takes out his ipod earphones and is like and then he starts talking to me, but whatever, that was just really awkward... UGH... this isn't my journal!!!!!!!!!! I thought it was.... is it okay if i just... *post*

meh, it's fine
I hate the ipod earbuds! You can't see them, and you think you're being ignored.... lol That, and when someone starts talking on a cell phone or headset that you can't see and because you think they're talking to you, you talk back to them. Then they look at you funny........ I always fall for that. Guaranteed.

lol Ok, WEEK 1 OF COLLEGE: Everything is going extremely well. I am having such a great time. Classes aren't that bad, but they're going to get harder. All of my professors are crazy, but cool. I'm living in an HUGE, brand new dorm room with two other girls who are very nice. None of us has been getting enough sleep, due to the festivities and homework. I've been going over to my friends' dorm room to study, usually the guys'. There's 3 guys who room together who are in my "group", two girls/roommates, and me. And 3 other guys who go in and out as they feel like. We don't have classes together, but we eat dinner together, study together, watch movies, do shopping runs, and play x box together, and just hang out. it's sooo much fun! And dramatic.... there's a whole hidden love thign going on, and just stuff that keeps thigns interesting! I love this campus - righ ton the ocean, small, easy to walk, very well maintained and awesome people! The security people are just great, the housing people are really nice, the caf people are always happy to see you and say hi.... My work study boss/coworkers are just riotous! Everyone is really nice here.... THE BEACH IS AWESOME!!! I <3 the beach! My dorm is coed, but it's really not that bad - there's more girls than guys anyways, and the guys next door are so quiet, you wouldn't know they existed! It's totally awesome! random tips for stuff to bring to college: message board MIRROR A FAN - NECESSARY school stuff - LOTS of highlighters, folders, pencils, pens, etc! lanyard ID card holder LOTS of SURGE PROTECTORS!! the power plug for your laptop...... A complete dish set and utensils FOOD WATER BOTTLES thermos SOMETHING WITH CAFFIENE THAT ISN"T SODA - for waking up for that 8AM class SHOWER SHOES. Chocolate phone cards ..... stuff. Be prepared to do homework. So.. that's my life so far!

Sw33t! Yes, smelling good was one of my life goals. lol (Back to the subject of school) Cool, Kano. GLAD YOU LIKE IT!!! School started up again for me, too. I'm taking four classes not-at-home, at these places for homeschoolers to take classes. COOL homeschoolers, too. lol That means I only have a couple of classes that I take at home. Not at home, I'm taking Computers (I'm a Mac guy, and I need to learn PCs better ), Spanish, Biology, and Writing. Basically the rest I take at home, that being Math, Religion, etc. I'm also getting ready to take the PSAT test, which is the "Practice SAT" or pre-SAT or somethin'.

Actually, I'm homeschooled so that I wouldn't have to be special ed. NO. jk lol
I took a "practice" version of it at home, just to see how I'd do, and I got above average, so I think I'll do fine.
I'm sore right now... ouch. I arm wrestled my friend (who is a linebacker in football and he works out every day and he's on this protein drink so that he can get stronger) and I could never beat him before, but I did this time. I actually popped his wrist out of its socket. It was gross, because I could hear it "POP" and then I clicked it back into place. lol
And my legs are sore because I was biking all weekend. I went camping with some of my friends. It was fun. We played football with a bunch of drunk people. I had an interception and a few catches. But we also played without the drunks, and I did better then.

barnz, that is gross. Way to go!! You do go camping a lot - nothing else to do wher eyou are? How did the PSAT go? Practice tests are much harder than the real thing. Don't worry about it or the SAT. They don't count for much anymore. And if you know how to play it, you;ll do fine. That sounds like fun, Ali! Did you do the cotton eye joe? I looooove that one! Air conditioning? It' s int he 60's here... oh, Arizona. I see. College is... *sigh* nuts. I love this crazy, magic, sometimes almost tragic, awful beautiful college life. So far there has been one arrest and drunk people everywhere. I hate weekends. It's scary. professors are crazy and classes are great. I <3 HALO !!!! WARHAMMERS!!! They put laxatives in the food. One of my professors is a Star Wars buff. Secret Service men were EVERYWHERE yesterday! A former president dropped by. My friend took pictures of them. I love secret service men. ...yes, I'm weird. what else has been up with you guys outside of academia?

Yes, I do go camping a lot, but that's because my grandparents own a campsite in a campground, so I go there quite a few times during the summer. Otherwise I don't do much other camping. 0.O Actually, I didn't take the PSAT yet. I take it early in the morning this Wednesday and then, after that... I GET MY BRACES OFF!!!!! YES!!! I just got contacts, though. Do either of you have them? Or glasses? I see a lot clearer, of course, but they're kinda hard to get used to. Not that bad, though. So I get my braces off, but then I need to get contacts at about the same time... as moms say about cleaning the house,"It's just never-ending." I've really been into music lately. 0-0 I like Maroon 5 and a ton of Christian rock. Yesterday I saw Elph for the first time since his bannage. I was expecting him to either ignore me or strangle me, but he was actually his same old self. He was nice, he was funny, he was fun to be around. So I'm glad he didn't ignore me. He didn't seem to be bothered by me. I'm in a hot armwrestling streak. I beat him! lol and the rest of my cousins there. "There" being my aunt and uncle's new house. We went there after my baby cousin's baptism. So that's what's up w/ me, homies. How 'bout y'all? EDIT: Gosh, lol, I just read through my post. I really know how to rant... I sound super hyper or something. lol, probably the coffee I had last night still hasn't wore off yet.
